Paintings are rented at 5% of the gallery value per month plus GST (billed quarterly) for the first three months, reverting to 3% of the Gallery Value rate thereafter.

4 to 6 months rental or longer when agreed in advance is charged at the 3% of Gallery Value rate from the start.

Paintings can be changed more frequently at the short term rate.

Paintings range from between $500 and $5,000 and work out at around $15 – $150 per month per painting to rent (at the 3% rate) when averaged out and it’s tax deductible.

Artwork is always available for sale should clients express an interest.
